Products purchased through Shop.Pittsburgh.Photography may be eligible for return if they are defective.
Overview
In order to provide any refund due to defect we must notify our supplier within 30 days. Therefore, our refund and returns policy for defective or damaged items is within 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In addition, products can only be returned if they are defective upon receipt and at the discretion of our supplier.
Exchanges
Products may be exchanged one time only due to fit. To exchange the product let us know what size you need when returning the item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as soon as we receive word from our manufacturer.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7120 Harrison Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15218.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
